A residency program that has gained National recognition. Candidates are trained specifically to work in urban areas and teach in a specific turn around school. Teachers spend a whole year in a residency program working beside a Mentor Teacher. Candidates also take graduate courses while in the program. The program is intense and appears to only recruit the best.
